“A Man of Courage and Conviction” — Adeleke Felicitates OSCOTECH Board Chairman, Diran Odeyemi

The Governor of Osun State, Ademola Adeleke, has congratulated the Chairman of the Governing Council of Osun State College of Technology, Prince Diran Odeyemi, on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as a courageous politician with strong conviction and commitment to public service.


In a statement issued on Thursday by the governor’s spokesperson, Mallam Olawale Rasheed, Adeleke praised Odeyemi for his dedication to responsibilities and unwavering support for the growth of the state.


The governor noted that as Chairman of the Governing Council of OSCOTECH, Odeyemi has continued to support the administration’s vision of promoting academic excellence and nurturing talents across various sectors.


Adeleke also commended the Ibokun-born politician for his ability to manage political interests effectively in the evolving political landscape. He acknowledged Odeyemi’s role as the National Treasurer of the Peoples Democratic Party, saying he has contributed immensely to the success of the administration in Osun State and the party’s preparations ahead of the forthcoming governorship election.


According to the governor, Prince Odeyemi has consistently demonstrated commitment to societal progress through both journalism and politics, while remaining loyal to the “Imole” political movement in the state.


“On this day, I celebrate a remarkable politician, Prince Diran Odeyemi, as he turns a new age today. Prince Odeyemi is a man of conviction and over the years, he has proven to be for the collective good,” Adeleke stated.


The governor prayed for God’s continued blessings upon the celebrant, wishing him many more years of impactful service to Osun State and Nigeria at large.
