“I Studied Eight Hours Daily to Score 372” — UTME Star Daniella Owoeye Opens Up on Success Journey

Miss Daniella Owoeye, one of the highest scorers in the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), has revealed that her outstanding performance came from months of discipline, consistency, and intense preparation.


Speaking about her achievement, Daniella said she dedicated at least eight hours daily to studying in order to attain her impressive score of 372 in the examination conducted by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board.


According to her, proper time management, regular revision, and constant practice with past questions played a major role in her success. She explained that she focused more on understanding topics rather than cramming answers, adding that she maintained a strict reading timetable throughout her preparation period.


The brilliant candidate also credited online tutorials, textbooks, and support from her teachers and family for helping her stay motivated during the examination season. She encouraged other students preparing for future UTME examinations to remain focused, avoid distractions, and believe in their abilities.


Daniella’s exceptional performance has continued to attract praise on social media, with many Nigerians describing her result as a product of hard work, determination, and academic excellence.
