North London Is Red Again: Atiku, Saraki, Dino Melaye Celebrate Arsenal’s Historic EPL Triumph After 22-Year Wait

Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, former Senate President Bukola Saraki, and former Kogi West Senator Dino Melaye have joined millions of football fans worldwide in celebrating Arsenal’s historic Premier League triumph after a 22-year wait.


Atiku Abubakar, a known Arsenal supporter, congratulated the North London club in a statement shared on social media, describing the title as a reward for resilience, discipline, teamwork, and unwavering belief.


“Congratulations to Arsenal on a well-deserved Premier League victory. This title is a testament to resilience, discipline, teamwork, and the courage to keep believing even when the odds seemed difficult,” Atiku wrote.


He added that the victory was special to loyal supporters who stood by the club through difficult years, declaring that “North London is red again.”


Bukola Saraki also celebrated the achievement, expressing excitement over Arsenal’s return to the summit of English football after more than two decades.


“Premier League Champions! After 22 long years, The Arsenal are back where we belong. Congratulations, Arsenal!” Saraki posted alongside the hashtags #WeAreGunners and #COYG.


Meanwhile, Dino Melaye joined the celebrations in dramatic fashion by sharing a video of himself jubilating over the club’s title success, further highlighting the excitement among Nigerian Arsenal fans.


Arsenal’s league triumph has sparked widespread celebrations across the globe, with supporters hailing the club’s remarkable journey back to the top of English football after years of rebuilding and near misses.
