Tragedy struck a community in Kwara State following a violent outbreak that left at least three people dead and several properties destroyed.

Reports indicate that the unrest escalated rapidly, resulting in the burning of about 10 buildings as residents fled for safety amid widespread panic and chaos. The incident has left the community in shock, with many families displaced and counting their losses.

Security sources say efforts are underway to restore calm in the affected area, as operatives have been deployed to prevent further escalation and protect lives and property.

Authorities are also expected to launch an investigation to determine the cause of the violence and identify those responsible for the attack.

The situation has heightened concerns over recurring communal clashes in parts of the state, prompting calls for stronger security presence and conflict resolution measures.
