Tinubu Salutes Kumuyi at 85, Hails Five Decades of Impact

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has congratulated renowned cleric and founder of the Deeper Christian Life Ministry, Pastor William Folorunso Kumuyi, on his 85th birthday, describing him as a remarkable servant of God whose life and ministry have inspired millions across the world.


In a statement issued on Saturday by the President's Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, Tinubu praised Pastor Kumuyi's unwavering faith, wisdom, and dedication, noting that his influence has continued to shape lives and strengthen Christian values for more than five decades.


The President commended the evangelist's leadership of the Global Crusade with Kumuyi (GCK), saying his message of hope and salvation has transcended national boundaries and reached millions globally.


Tinubu also highlighted Kumuyi's contributions through his writings and teachings, which he said have provided timeless guidance to individuals seeking truth, purpose, and spiritual growth.


According to the President, Pastor Kumuyi's ministry has transformed lives, restored families, inspired leaders, and strengthened the faith of generations of believers.


He prayed for God's continued blessings upon the cleric, asking for divine health, peace, strength, and abundant grace as he marks the milestone age of 85.
