Adeleke Rejoices As Daughter Bags Mass Communication Degree

Osun State Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke, has congratulated his daughter, Omolola Adeleke, on her graduation with a degree in Mass Communication, describing the milestone as a source of immense pride and gratitude for the Adeleke family.


In a statement issued on Sunday by his spokesperson, Mallam Olawale Rasheed, the governor said Omolola's academic achievement was the result of years of hard work, resilience and commitment to excellence.


Adeleke expressed confidence that the knowledge, skills and values she acquired during her studies would prepare her for a life of meaningful service and positive impact on society.


"My dear Omolola, your graduation is a testament to your hard work and discipline. As you celebrate this remarkable milestone, I pray that God continues to direct your path and grant you wisdom to make meaningful contributions to society with the education you have received," the governor said.


He urged his daughter to remain committed to the virtues of integrity, excellence and compassion as she begins the next phase of her life, stressing that education remains one of the most powerful tools for transforming individuals and communities.


Governor Adeleke also prayed for God's continued guidance, grace and favour upon Omolola, wishing her a fulfilling professional career and greater accomplishments in the years ahead.


The congratulatory message was contained in a statement signed by the governor's spokesperson, Mallam Olawale Rasheed, and made available in Osogbo on Sunday.

Accord Shocks APC, Wins Omisore’s Polling Unit in Osun Governorship Election

  By Abdulahi Musa  The Accord Party has won the governorship election at the polling unit of former Osun Deputy Governor and ex-National Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Senator Iyiola Omisore. Results uploaded to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Result Viewing Portal (IReV) showed that Accord secured 131 votes at Polling Unit 003, Ife Ward 1 (Moore), St. Gabriel Primary School, in Ife East Local Government Area. The APC placed second with 85 votes, while the African Democratic Congress (ADC) polled 10 votes. Other political parties recorded only a few votes at the polling unit. The development marks another early gain for Accord as the collation of results from polling units across Osun State continues.
